Sanger sequencing

We offer capillary sequencing services using ABI 3500XL Genetic Analyzer. With its 24 capillaries capacity we make sure that our customers receive high quality sequences in very short time. Customer can also choose amplification, cycle sequencing and post sequencing analysis inclusive to the sequencing only service. To add ease into this process, you can choose our primer designing and testing service offer as well.

Fragment analysis

We offer QF-PCR based fragment analysis for diagnostics applications.

We can also develop customer choice specific marker and provide testing and analysis services, which include primer designing, DNA extraction, testing and analysis. We accept variety of sample sources such as amniotic fluid (AF), chorionic villus (CVS), fetal tissue samples and blood.

DNA profiling

We offer forensic DNA testing by short tandem repeat (STR) markers variation using QF-PCR and capillary electrophoresis (CE)-based analysis methods. Y-chromosome analysis and Mitochondrial analysis could be offered in special cases. It also includes primer designing, DNA extraction, testing and analysis. We accept variety of sample sources such as bone, hair, FTA card, stain and blood.

MLPA testing

We offer most robust method to quantify DNA copy number using the technique MLPA (Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification). Customer can choose to test for more than 400 different MLPA panels developed by MRC-Holland for different inherited disorders, tumors and methylation status of DNA sequences. Most common application of the MLPA test are 
Alpha & Beta thalassemia, Duchene Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Developmental Delay or intellectual disability.
